The Aging
In our raw cellar, nestled in the heart of Bordeaux’s climate, our barrels evolve in an environment where thermal variations are fully embraced.
Subjected to temperature swings of up to 45 degrees, they live in rhythm with the seasons, from scorching summers to harsh winters. This deliberate exposure to the elements amplifies the angel’s share, endowing our Aventure whiskies with exceptional aromatic richness and profound intensity—a hallmark of their inimitable character.
